November 2009: Rosie Tisch has won the award for Best Female Performance at the 2009 Lakedance International Film Festival, for her starring role in the dramatic feature film “MEANDhER.” Co-star Adam Edgar also picked up the award for Best Male Performance, leading to a clean sweep by “MEANDhER” of the festival’s top acting honors. Over 50 films were in competition this year.

The Lakedance International Film Festival was the first festival to screen the just-completed “MEANDhER,” and if the response from the audience and the judges is any indication, there will be many more accolades to be garnered at festivals to come.
